Beluga 24
24 m full electric foiling carbon passenger ferry
Poseidon Konsult worked as design manager as well part of the design for the fully electric 150 passenger ferry Beluga 24. The ferry is fully electric, made of carbon fibre and foiling for higher efficiency. Four separate waterjet drive trains gives superior redundancy.

New 24 m unmanned innovative fuel station
New 24 m unmanned innovative fuel station to Fossil Free Marine made of composite. Poseidon Konsult made structural design of roof, system design for mechanical systems as well as stability calculations.
Research Vessel Electra
Advanced research vessel
Poseidon Konsult was design manager, responsible for the complete design of the vessel including design, structure, systems, weight, stability etc. and also delivered the final documentation, as well part of the design for the research vessel Electra. The vessel is built both with research class as well as passenger class. The vessel is ice going with advanced research sensors to make bottom scanning and take bottom samples. She is also equipped with stabilizing gyros to minimize motions when taking samples.
Yxlan
27 m long ice class passenger ferry
Poseidon Konsult was design manager, responsible for the over all design of the vessel including design, structure, systems, weight, stability etc. as well part of design in production of the passenger ferry Yxlan. Yxlan can take 150 passengers, have ice class and are made for hush conditions as well hybrid propulsion line.
Coast Guard Vessel 312 Series
24 m Coast Guard vessel
Poseidon Konsult was project manager and design manager for the developing and design of the 24 m Coast Guard 312 series. The vessel is equipped with 3 Volvo Penta IPS unit allowing for advanced manoeuvres in low speed as well as high propulsion efficiency in higher speeds. The vessel is specifically made for patrol in the archipelago.
Road Ferry 100m Fri2019
100 m long road ferry
Poseidon Konsult was responsible for the initial design and writing of the specification for the procurement of the 100 m long Fri2019 road ferry. The ferry is, as it first kind in Sweden, equipped with separate path of passengers and cars with the superstructure in between.
Surveillance boat Djärv, Swedish Navy
Mid life retrofit
Poseidon Konsult worked as project manager on the yard for the mid life retrofit of the series for navy surveillance boat transformed into buoy surveillance with new propulsion line, new installation of buoy listening capacity, new wheelhouse interior and ventilation.
HMS Trossö wheelhouse upgrade
Navy vessel upgrade
Poseidon Konsult was project manager for the wheelhouse and console upgrade of the navy vessel Trossö. The project included complete interior wheelhouse design, new console design and change to full ECDIS installation.
XW 750 Modular RIB
High-speed modular RIB
Poseidon Konsult is responsible for the full design of the XW 750 Modular RIB with the possibility to shift and move the interior. The boat have a top speed above 50 knots, are extreme stable in low speeds and can be with the modular system changed from passenger to cargo, to diving withing minutes. The console is specially designed with safety and comfort in mind.
XW 850
8,5 m Special Purpose Aluminum Workboat
Poseidon Konsult have made full design package including documentation for the special workboat. Extreme shallow draught, inboard engine with keel cooling, high payload capacity and the special developed hull is some of the key features. Since there is no water intake needed for the engine it is suitable in slush icy conditions or where the water may be polluted.
